The elements should fade in and out.
“One Time” should fade in ONCE, then remain visible.

IMPORTANT FIRST TRIAL. Scroll down until only the BLUE box shows.
Then back up, exposing the RED box.
It should NOT fade in again..
Then scroll down until BOTH boxes are hidden.
Then back to the top , so both are exposed.
Only the BLUE BOX should fade in again, not the red.

Do the transitions restart properly during and after a scroll?
